1 Lease Vehicle Ordering and pick -Up Procedure 1 Jul 2010 Procedure: Lease Vehicle Ordering and pick -Up 1. [First-time lessees] Fill out and submit a Vehicle Order Form (or submit an order via KIOSK) to your local Vehicle Administrator. Include your driving record, along with the driving records for eligible program participants that will be driving the Vehicle . Individuals with questionable driving records require Corporate Vehicles Action Committee (CVAC) approval before the order can be processed (step 3). [Existing lessees] Fill out and submit a Vehicle Order Form (or submit an order via KIOSK) to your local Vehicle Administrator. 2. Vehicle Administration will receive and review the request, order the Vehicle and send you an order confirmation. You may be contacted by Vehicle Administration about available ground stock units or with other information regarding your order.

2 3. Once the Vehicle is ready for pick -up, a Vehicle Administration representative will contact you to schedule a pick -up appointment. 4. If you are under the EPI program, you must obtain insurance for the new Vehicle prior to pick -up and provide proof of insurance to the Vehicle Administrator before you are eligible to sign a Lease agreement. [Existing lessees] Please bring your existing Lease Vehicle to the designated location for turn-in. Ensure that your Vehicle is clean, damage free with a tank of gas and all items and accessories are present per policy. 5. Sign Lease agreement and pick up the new Lease Vehicle .
