1 The LFPlusuniversal Testing Machine is an easy touse solution for force measurement and materialtesting applications up to 1 kN (225 lbf). Themachine uses interchangeable XLC Series loadcells. Tension and compression Testing with cyclingto load and extension limits are standard Machine can be equipped with a variety ofaccessories including: grips, fixtures, compressionframes, thermal cabinets and LFPlusfeatures an innovative design thatmaximises working space and simplifies operationand maintenance. The large work area and deep179 mm (7 in) throat accommodates largespecimens and is supplied with a standarduniversal eye end or optional expanded work table,T-slot table or drip tray.

2 An impressive ( in/min) crosshead speed makesit ideal for advanced applications such as creeptests and constant load holding tests. The machineincludes standard pass/fail capabilities LFPlusmachine displays load and extensioninformation on a high visibility LCD console withintegral membrane keypad. The Machine s intuitiveconsole displays prompts and menus that guide theuser through setup, operation and maintenancefunctions. Passwords may be used to limit functionsto authorised users. Information can be displayedin a choice of languages as performance can be optimised using ourNEXYGENP lusmaterial test and data analysissoftware.

3 This Windows based software with itsbuilt in applications library, is easy-to-use andallows detailed test data to be stored and displayedin graphical and tabular formats. The softwareallows data to be manipulated to produce detailedanalytical reports, plus the ability to integrate withpopular Windows software packages such asExcel, and Outlook .. Other features includepowerful video and still picture capture, advancedsecurity and audit trails to safeguard data integrity,SPC and clear pass/fail indication.
