Note: Recreational Vehicles/Travel Trailers that have been modified and no longer conform to the manufacturer's original specifications are NOT eligible for any service contract coverage. 7 Neither the VSC Company, Carr Appraisals, Inc., nor any of its agents, employees, or contractors shall have any liability relating to this INSPECTION . This is not a safety INSPECTION and no conclusions should be drawn as to the safety of the RV/TRAVEL TRAILER from either INSPECTION results or from the VSC. Company's decision to issue a vehicle service contract . Completion of this INSPECTION does not mean that the vehicle service contract will be issued or that the vehicle service contract will cover all inspected components and systems. This LIMITED RV/TRAVEL TRAILER INSPECTION was performed by an independent agent contracted by Carr Appraisals, Inc.

This INSPECTION does not create any representation or warranty by Carr Appraisals, Inc., or its independent agents with respect to safety, conditions, or operation of the vehicle or any of its parts. Carr Appraisals, Inc., and its independent agent expressly disclaim any such representation or warranty. Regardless of how carefully a used RV/TRAVEL TRAILER is inspected, there is always a possibility that an existing problem will not be discovered.

9 The RV/TRAVEL TRAILER service contract will state that only those breakdowns that occur AFTER the sale of the vehicle service contract are covered, and that breakdowns that were present at the time of vehicle service contract sale are excluded. The fact that an existing problem is not discovered during the vehicle INSPECTION does not change that it was present at the time of vehicle service contract sale. Accordingly, whenever it is determined that a breakdown was present at the time of vehicle service contract sale, it will remain your responsibility to repair that breakdown at your own expense.
