Date: Friday September 20, 2019 @7:00pm Saturday September 21, 2019 @ 2:00pm EO: Tuesday September 17, 2019 12-7:00pm CB: Thursday September 19, 2019 5:00-6:00pm **We will only be taking the top 12 in each event. In the event that there is no youth Member in the top 12 we will be rolling a youth contestant to the 13th spot. If there is a Youth Contestant in the top 12 we will ONLY. take 12. **. Fees: $ per event. All events plus $ office, $ judge fee. Stalls are $ per stall- Pens and tieing to trailer is permitted, please call the office to let us know how many stalls you will need.

Awards: Saddles and Buckles to the year end event winners, Buckles to rookie year end and weekend winners. Reserve year end knives and bracelets. Saddle and Buckle to All Around. Awards Banquet tickets are available through the office, Please call the office to reserve and then pay for them at check in. The Awards Banquet will be at the Clements Buckaroo Grounds Clubhouse at 6:00pm. EACH Contestant will get a complimentary ticket to the dinner.

3 Adult Plates will be $ pre-sale, $ at the door, kids 6-10 are $ and children 5 and under are free. No host beer and wine bar. Dinner, Dancing and Awards Ceremony.
