3 Dr. Morczek s teaching andresearch interests involve studying the connection between cultural norms, Technology , and manifestations of violence toward women. Her research has been published in the Journal of Interpersonal Violence, Family & Intimate Partner Violence Quarterly, the International Journal of Cyber Criminology, Sexuality & Culture, The Criminologist, and the Sexual AssaultReport. Dr. Morczek has delivered presentations to the several state and federal agencies: the Utah Coalition Against Sexual Assault, the New York State Coalition Against Sexual Assault, the Illinois Coalition Against SexualAssault, etc. Dr. Morczek has received awards, including the 2016 Washington State University Martin Luther King Jr.

4 Distinguished Service Award and the 2018 State University of New York College at Bu alo YoungAlumnus Achievement Award. Dr. Edna Erez is Professor of Criminology, Law, and Justice at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She has law degree ( ) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and MA and in Criminology/Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania. Her areas of research include victims in justice proceedings, violence against women including immigrant women, and terrorism and transnational crimes. Her publication record includes over 100 scholarly articles, book chapters,and research reports. Professor Erez serves as associate editor of Victims andViolence, co-editor of International Review of Victimology, and co-editor of the Oxford University Research Encyclopedia of comparative two most recent National Institute of Justice funded research projectsaddressed the use of GPS technologies in domestic violence cases, and theconvergence of transnational crimes.

5 Dr. Kristina Box was named Indiana State Health Commissioner by Governor Eric J. Holcomb on September 18, 2017. She brings to the role a passion for improving the health of Hoosiers, beginning before birth. Dr. Box has been a practicing obstetrician and gynecologist in Indianapolis for 30 years, starting her career at Community Hospitals of Indianapolis in 1987 as a private practitioner with Clearvista Women's Care. Since 2015, she has served as the Physician Lead for Community Health Network's Women's Service Line. In this role, she built the rst multi-disciplinary women s center in the Community Health Network, developed critical partnerships with area children s hospitals to improve care and decrease health care costs, andled e orts to ensure that low-income women receive the important free health screenings they need.

6 Dr. Box has been involved in ongoing surgicalmedical missions to Haiti and Bolivia for more than a decade. 7 This presentation will demonstrate how cyber investigations can be usedto reveal evidence of criminal activity, as well as evidence of the power and controldynamics of an abusive intimate partner relationship. The presenter will discusstheories of admission, rules of evidence, and case law will be discussed using reallife examples to demonstrate how to properly authenticate and introduce digitalevidence in civil and criminal ever-changing landscape of Technology requires us all to monitor, assess, and use innovativetechnology regularly. However, our daily time constraints do not always allow sufficient opportunitiesfor learning the new technologies or skills needed.

8 The presenter will discuss her research, use, andassessment of Technology , technological literacy development, and approaches for transferring thisknowledge to areas related to education and social justice. Through small group collaboration, thisworkshop will allow participants to consider efficient ways to assess and learn new technologies that canbe used to communicate with others in areas related to social WomenEmpowerWomenAchieveGenderEqualityTh is interactive workshop discusses several of the key roles Technology plays in innovative service provision. Ms. Quiring will outline strategies and tangible toolscurrently available to you and your organization to more meaningfully serve people,increase your organization s visibility, and influence others.
