1 Executive Bio Marc Janssens Marc Janssens is Executive vice president of the Retail and Platform Products businesses Fujitsu America. In this position, Mr. Janssens is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our Retail business, delivering the full spectrum of the Retail portfolio to clients in this industry. He also leads the company s platform products business including enterprise, mobile and software products as well as Fujitsu solutions. Mr. Janssens deep experience in the Retail sector, coupled with his vast, working knowledge of the Fujitsu product portfolio and operations, make him well-suited for this role. Prior to assuming his current position, Mr. Janssens served as vice president of Retail Operations for Fujitsu America. In this role, he managed the software development group, product management and pricing, and was responsible for technical sales support for all Fujitsu America.

2 He also managed the pre-sales Systems Engineers for the company s product business. Prior to joining Fujitsu America in 2005, Mr. Janssens had a very successful career at NCR, where his last position was vice president of World Wide Marketing. Mr. Janssens has more than 30 years of product and Retail industry experience both domestically and internationally, where he has held a variety of leadership positions, including product engineering, product marketing, sales, market research, competitive analysis, industry analysis, new market development, new product launch and releases. Mr. Janssens holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the EMSI University in Brussels, Belgium, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in hospitality management and economics from Ecole Hoteliere of Lausanne.
