1 Example menu Changes Weekly Parsnip and Cox's apple soup served with warm home baked bread (v) Stilton & mushroom rarebit on toasted ciabatta with a caramelised red onion relish (v) Smoked haddock and chive fishcake with a home made chilli jam Goats cheese baked in filo pastry with roasted beetroot, candied walnuts and a honey-mustard dressing (v) Twice-baked souffl Choose between mature cheddar and chive (v) or smoked salmon and dill STARTERS MAINS All dishes come with seasonal vegetables and potatoes included If you would like to know more about the ingredients we use, please ask.

Pancetta-wrapped fillet of outdoor-reared pork stuffed with apricots, apple and ginger with a ginger wine sauce Fillet of Yorkshire coast sea bass with a crab and spring onion risotto and a lemon and dill butter Gressingham duck breast with a honey, port and orange sauce, with buttered spring greens and fresh figs Fillet of local beef steak (8oz) simply grilled, with garlicky saut e potatoes Sweet potato, pesto, spinach and feta roulade with a roasted vine tomato sauce (v)
