1 MIDLAND OUTDOOR rink NOW OPEN Located at Harbourside Park (corner of MIDLAND Avenue and Bayshore Drive) CODE OF CONDUCT User Responsibility and Assumption of Risk Profane language, verbal or physical abuse directed toward any person will not be tolerated. Use of alcohol, drugs or tobacco is strictly prohibited. Absolutely no food or drink on the rink surface or the surrounding dasher or cap rail. Do not carry children or items while skating. Refrain from acting in a manner that may cause or contribute to injury of yourself or any other person. Users of this facility will not engage in vandalism or destruction of property at any time.

2 Assumption of Risk: Participants are deemed to have knowledge of and assume the inherent risks of skating, which include, but are not limited to, the following: 1) Injuries resulting from collisions, trips, slips, falls, or contact during play. 2) Injuries resulting from pucks, sticks, skates or other equipment used while playing. 3) Injuries occurring from changes in equipment or ice conditions during skating. It is recommended that all users wear protective gear, such as helmets and other pads when using this facility. 3 The above uses are general guidelines, for example, if no persons are skating or playing Shinny Hockey during these times, alternate uses may be permitted.
