2 Call to order The Economic Development & Prosperity Task Force was called to order by the Chair at 12:00 2. Adoption of Agenda It was MOVED and SECONDED THAT the Economic Development & Prosperity Task Force adopt the agenda dated March 3, 2016 as circulated. CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY 3. Adoption of Minutes It was MOVED and SECONDED THAT the Economic Development & Prosperity Task Force adopt the Minutes of the November 10, 2015 meeting as circulated. 3 Delegation Ministry of Jobs, Tourism and Skills Training Re: Provincial Services Available The Regional Manager, Economic Development Division provided information on the Economic Development Division of the Ministry of Jobs, Tourism and Skills Training and his role in assisting businesses reach their goals. Community Futures Okanagan Similkameen The Manager for Community Futures Okanagan Ms. Heidt presented information on their Economic Gardening pilot project and an update on the C2BG program. Questions and discussion followed. Colleen Pennington, Andre Martin, Mary Ellen Heidt and Shelagh Seaton left the meeting at 12:55 Facilities Master Plan The General Manager of Infrastructure and Facilities Manager presented the City of Penticton Facilities Master Plan Phase 2.
