NOW COMES William Michael Johnson, hereinafter referred to as Affiant, and moves the court to direct all Atto r n e ys to show bona fides and Authority . PRODUCE OATH OF OFFICE. In the days of our founders, before telegraph, telephone, cell phone, email, instant messaging, etc., words were not so plentiful and of far greater consideration. To our founders, a man's word was his bond. In this fast paced wireless world a man's words wind up thrown about as if they have no value. Let us learn here from the honor of our founders and in the words of American Indians: let our words have iron in them above all and especially when we render them to court documents.

2 Our founders bound themselves on their oath and it was the clear expectation that what a man swore to, he held up as his epitaph, as a testament to his fidelity and personal honor. Obedience to one's oath constituted the measure of a man and no man of honor would violate one once made in good faith. Therefore, Affiant moves the court to demand of all those acting as officers of the court and as members of the Plaintiff's team, and any others who present themselves in any official capacity, to first demonstrate that they are bound to the fidelity of the law and honor of their official capacities by producing, and entering into the record of this matter, their lawful and binding oaths, and bonds, made as a requirement of office. DISQUALIFY ON FAILURE TO PRODUCE OATH.

3 To avoid insulting the honor of this court, Affiant will refrain from producing the well-established stacks of both State and Federal starie decis upholding the absolute imperative of an oath as an unavoidable requisite to the holding of public office and simply move the court, on failure of any official to produce such oath, and bond, to disqualify said office holder as an impeached imposter on the public trust and not a credible person for the purposes of representing truth before this court. FIDES meant 'reliability', a sense of trust between two parties if a relationship between them was to exist. FIDES was always reciprocal and mutual, and implied both privileges and responsibilities on both sides. In both public and private life the violation of FIDES was considered a serious matter, with both legal and religious consequences.
