Narrative Therapy (NT) - Counselling Connection
Narrative Therapy is a therapeutic approach that places emphasis on the clients experience in a central position of importance. It was created in the 1970’s and 80’s by Australian Michael White and New Zealand born David Epston. The narrative therapy focus upon narrative and situated concepts is the therapy.
