4 Key Changes IR CODE -2 Definitionof AppropriateGovernment hasbeenmodifiedincludingtheestablishment softhecontractors,thusContractorappropri ategovernmentshallbeoftheestablishmentwh erethecontractlabourhasbeendeployed. DefinitionofIndustrialDisputehasbeenmodi fiedtoincludethedisputearisingoutofdisch arge,dismissal,retrenchmentortermination ofsuchworker. Metrorailwayhasbeenincludedinthedefiniti onofrailways.
