This document details the steps required to clear the browser cache using Internet Explorer 8, Internet Explorer 9, Firefox, and Google Chrome. Internet Explorer 8 1) Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options. 2) In the Internet Options window, click on the Delete button. 2 4) Close the open browser and start a new browser session. Internet Explorer 9 1) Go to the tools menu (the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the browser window) and select Internet options. 3 4) Click on the OK button, then close the browser and start a new browser session. Firefox 1) Go to the Tools menu and select Options. 2) In the Options window, select the Advanced page and click on the Network subpage. NOVA time Technical Library NOVA time Professional Services Page 5 of 6 3) In the Network subpage, click on the clear Now button under the cache Web Contents section, as well as the clear Now button under the Offline Web Content and User Data section. 4) Click on the OK button, then close the browser and start a new browser session. Google Chrome 1) Go to the Customize and Control menu in the upper right-hand corner of the browser window and select Settings.

Locate the Privacy section and click on the clear browsing data button. 4) In the clear browsing data window (shortcut key: Ctrl+Shift+Delete), select the beginning of time from the item dropdown menu, enable/disable the options as shown below, and click on the clear browsing data button. 5) Close the browser and start a new browser session.
