Inaddition, the mixer and the reverse-running feeder worm on the mixingautomatic grinder allow perfect mixingof the product. The mixer has twospeeds with two directions, forwardsand reverse. When the mixer is swit-ched on, the feeder worm automaticallystarts to run in the preselected direc-tion (forwards or reverse).
