1 Online Statements TermS and COndiTiOnS | 01. 2014 Terms and Conditions1. definitions any to authorise account means any everyday banking and savings accounts available with ANZ (except where a personal overdraft is added), a Principal s Billing Account for an ANZ Commercial Card Facility, certain business transaction accounts and/or ANZ V2 Plus accounts. e-message has the same meaning as electronic communication in Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth) and includes communication by email, SMS, SecureMail in ANZ Internet Banking and ANZ acknowledgement By selecting, where available, Online only for Statements of any account, you acknowledge and agree that:(a) for an Any to Authorise Account only, paper Statements will not be sent to anyone else who previously received paper Statements for that account and you have informed them that they will no longer receive paper Statements and will only receive Statements Online .

2 (b) if anyone has access or authorisation to an account, or you add anyone as an account holder, that person may access account Statements that were delivered before they were given access rights to that account on Internet Banking.(c) where permitted by law, updates to terms and conditions, fees and charges and other legal notices and materials may be given to you by ANZ: providing these materials with your paper and Online Statements ; publishing these materials on or ANZ Internet Banking sending a notification to your email or other e-Message address and you agree that paper copies will not be sent. This does not limit the ways ANZ may provide you with such updates, notices and 3(d) if notification is sent to you, you are deemed to have received the notification when it reaches the service provider or the host of your email or other e-Message address.

These terms prevail to the extent of any inconsistency and in the event of inconsistency, the terms of the Product Disclosure Statement, Conditions of Use, or Terms and Conditions are varied to allow ANZ to send Statements to your nominated e-Message Changes to these Terms and ConditionsWe can change these Online Statements Terms and Conditions at any time.
