3 Simply press the number buttons 0through 9 that your TV brand is assigned tousing the following four steps. STEP1 Manually turn on the TV you wish and hold simultaneously for 3seconds both the TV and A (Yellow)buttons or B (Blue) buttons, basedon the column your TV brand isassigned to. 4 STEP4 Once the TV has turned off, press theTV Button once again to save thecode. The remote control is nowready to control your TV. 5 STEP2 Press the [DEVICE] Button and the[OK/SEL] Button simultaneously forthree seconds. The correspondingdevice LED will turn on indicating thatit is ready to be programmed. The LEDwill remain on for 30 seconds. Thenext step must be entered while theLED is the remote control toward theequipment and enter the three-digitcode number assigned to your brandfrom the code tables. If there are morethan one three-digit number listed foryour brand, try one code number at atime until your equipment turns off.*Note : You can verify that you have selected thecorrect code by pressing the [POWER] Button . The equipment should turn backon. Then try all of the Functions on theremote control ( volume, mute, etc.) toensure you have the correct code.

6 If anyof the Functions do not operate as theyshould, repeat the Instructions fromSTEP 3 above using the next three digitcode number from the brand the three-digit code by pressingthe same [DEVICE] Button onceagain. The device LED will blink twiceto confirm that the code has Auto Search MethodIf none of the three digit code numbersassigned to your brand of equipment works, orthe code table does not list your brand, you canuse the Auto Search Method to find the correctthree-digit code number for your equipment byfollowing steps:STEP1 Turn on the equipment that you wantthe remote control to operate (CableBox, TV, VCR, DVD, etc.).STEP2 Press the [DEVICE] Button and the[OK/SEL] Button simultaneously forthree seconds.

7 The device LED willturn on indicating that it is ready to beprogrammed. The LED will remain onfor 30 seconds. The next step must beentered while the LED is the [CH5] or [CH6] Button oneat a time or keep it pressed. Theremote will emit a series of PowerON/OFF code signals. Release the[CH5] or [CH6] Button as soon as theequipment turns off.*Note :You can verify that you have selected thecorrect code by pressing the [POWER] Button . The equipment should turn backon. Then try all of the Functions on theremote control ( volume, mute, etc.) toensure you have the correct code. If any ofthe Functions do not operate as they should,repeat the Instructions from STEP 3 aboveto continue the Auto Search the same [DEVICE] Button tostore the code.

8 The Device LED willblink twice to confirm that the codehas been To Identify the 3-Digit CodeProgrammed for a DeviceSTEP1 Press the appropriate [DEVICE] buttonand the [OK/SEL] Button simultaneouslyfor three seconds. The device LED willturn on for 30 seconds. The next stepmust be performed while the LED is the [INFO] Button . The device LEDwill blink a number of times indicatingthe number of each digit for the digit is separated by a one secondinterval of the LED being :One blink, (pause) three blinks,(pause) eight blinks indicates thecode number 138.*Note :Ten blinks indicates the number Programming the AUX DeviceYou can take advantage of the AUX function toprogram a devices such as a media PC, gam-ing console or satellite radio receiver.

9 Followthe instruction in section B to program an AUXdevice. You can also program the AUX buttonfor a second TV, VCR or DVD player. To do thisfollow the Instructions on the 5th device you want toprogram (TV, VCR, DVD, etc.).STEP2 Press the [AUX] Button and the[OK/SEL] Button simultaneously for 3seconds. The [AUX] device LED willturn on for 30 the [Device] Button For the type ofdevice you want to setup. Point theremote control toward the device andenter the 3-digit code number assignedto your brand.*Note :To program a second TV press TV, the equipment turns off verifythat you have selected the correctcode by pressing the [POWER] equipment should turn back try all of the Functions on theremote control ( volume, mute, etc.)

10 To ensure you have the correct any of the Functions do not operateas they should, enter the next 3-digitcode number from the brand you have found the correct 3-digit code, save it by pressing the[AUX] Button one more time. The [AUX]LED light will blink twice to confirm thecode was Programming the SystemOn/Off ButtonThis allows you to program the System On/Offbutton so it can send up to five power On/Offcommands with one Button the [CBL] the [SYSTEM ON/OFF] buttonand the [OK/SEL] Button simultaneouslyfor 3 seconds. The [CBL] Button will turnon for 30 the first [DEVICE] Button you wantto store in the [SYSTEM ON/OFF] buttonand then press [POWER]. Repeat this forthe other components you want to turnon/off with the [SYSTEM ON/OFF] the [CH5] Button to save thepower commands you stored.
