Winners will receive the same percentage of jackpot regardless of whether they are present. 8 If the winning ticket holder picks the queen of Hearts, they will receive 70% of the pot. The organization 's title will get the other 30%. 9 organization 's title will withhold all taxes from winnings where applicable.

3 You will be required to provide proper identification and information for taxes. All tickets and monies will be accounted for by organization 's title in accordance with all Department of Charitable Gaming requirements. 10 If it appears that the Charitable Gaming License may expire prior to the Raffle game being played out, then tickets will be sold and drawn the last night before License expiration, until some one draws the queen of Hearts and wins the current pot. 11 If your ticket is drawn and you draw a pay card, you will receive the pay card prize and the prize for that stage ticket drawing.
