Great Ormond Street Hospital provides services for all patients under 1 year old within the North and south thames CCNs. children under the age of 1 are referred directly to GOSH. Shared care remains with relevant poscu in North or south thames and all future follow-up for these patients is with Shared care between that poscu and GOSH. The LSCG has agreed pathways of care outside of the Principal Treatment Centres for patients who require specialist treatment for bone sarcoma, retinoblastoma, choriocarcinoma and liver This is outlined in the table below.
