In stick formulas, PERFORMA V Polymers ability to bind oils results in sticks that are hard, stable, yet have creamy payout (Fig. 3). When using very crystalline, higher melt waxes, PERFORMA V Polymers can reduce the pour temperature up to 10 C allowing for safer and more economical packaging (Fig. 2). In oil-in-water formulas, PERFORMA V 825 polymer has been shown to improve viscosity, reduce greasiness and reduce undesirable gloss (Fig. 4). Recommended use levels for PERFORMA V Polymers are 1-10%.
