This consent is issued for processing of the Personal data with a view to organize the Event in which the participant takes part as well as to submit the information about SPE activities to the participant. This consent covers the Personal data of the Event participants which is indicated in the registration form and, in particular, the data as follows: family name, first name, job site (corporate name and address), job title, contact phones (corporate, mobile, fax, etc.)

2 , e-mail address. This consent also covers photos and filming videos taking by official Event photographers without any compensation to the Event participants. The participants also confirm that SPE is entitled to use such photos and videos, which may include photos and videos of participants, for the purpose of marketing the Event in the future, for exploitation in any media without any commitments. This consent is issued for execution of any actions (operations) as regards the Personal data , required or desirable for accomplishing the above stated objective, including, but not limited to, collecting, recording, systematizing, storing, itemizing (updating, revising), retrieving, transferring (distributing, submitting, granting access), including trans-border submitting, impersonalizing, blocking, deleting, eliminating of Personal data .

3 When processing the Personal data SPE shall be obliged to act in accordance with the Provision of the Company on Personal data protection, as well as with the law of the Russian Federation on Personal data and, in particular, in consideration of provisions of Federal Law On Personal data , as of and the EU General data Protection Regulation. SPE shall be obliged to refrain from disclosing the information received from the Event participant. The information submitted to a third party by SPE shall not be treated as violation if this information is intended for execution of liabilities to participant. The Event participant is entitled to be granted an access to his/her Personal data and to familiarize himself/herself with it, to demand from the SPE any Personal data specification, exclusion or amendment if this is incomplete, incorrect, outdated, untrue.

4 The Event participant may withdraw issued consent by sending an e-mail letter to the address as follows: or by sending a letter to the SPE s legal address. In such case registration for the Event will be cancelled if the event has not already passed.
