2 The applicant for this position must have a Bachelor s degree in a human SERVICES related field and a good driving record. 7/24/18 Crisis Stabilization Resource Specialist- Position # FC-100-3 Provide support to the crisis stabilization unit in assisting both adults and children in crisis in the Franklin County area. Assure individuals are linked to appropriate SERVICES and resources, assist in helping them to access medical, psychiatric, mental health and and/or substance abuse SERVICES . Bachelor s degree in a human SERVICES field preferred. Experience in emergency SERVICES preferred. Salary is commensurate with education and experience as it relates to the position. 4/5/18 DD SERVICES Assistant- Position# CS-320-18 Provide support for SERVICES in DD Support Coordination & Case Management programs for adults and children in Martinsville/Henry County with developmental/intellectual disabilities.

3 Provide COMMUNITY , clinic, and home based ancillary SERVICES in support of implementation of the case management service plan to individuals and families. A Bachelor s degree in human SERVICES or related field preferred. Knowledge of developmental disabilities, assessment and service plan development desirable. Must be computer literate. Salary is commensurate with education and experience as it relates to the position. 5/21/18 Emergency SERVICES Clinician (Contract)- Position #CL-100-14 PCS is recruiting individuals in Martinsville and Rocky Mount to provide behavioral health crisis intervention SERVICES on a contractual basis. Overnight and evening shift available. Compensation includes an hourly training rate, flat rate per 8-hour shift and additional compensation per face-to-face evaluation and case disposition.

4 Virginia licensure (LPC, LCSW or LCP) preferred. Master s degree sufficient for professional licensure is required. 4/11/18 ICF ID/DD Program Manager Position #CS-501-15 Program Manager needed for Intermediate Care Facility in Martinsville, VA serving adults with intellectual disabilities. Duties include developing & implementing ICF-IID programming, aide with individual service plans, providing training and supervision of ICF-IID staff. Supervision experience preferred. Experience with ICF-IID Medicaid regulations, Life Safety Codes and Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental SERVICES regulations preferred. Effective organization & time management skills and ability to multi-task is desired. Evening hours will be required. A Bachelor s degree in human SERVICES or related field with at least one-year experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities required.

Must meet QDDP qualifications. 8/6/18 ICF-DD Technician Position # CS-501-14 Full time position with benefits will work in Intermediate Care Facility in Martinsville, VA, serving adults whose primary diagnosis is intellectual/developmental disability. Duties include training in independent living skills, personal care skills, housekeeping skills, and recreational/leisure activities in the home and the COMMUNITY . Hours may vary & may include evening, weekend and/or holidays. Must have ability to multi-task and document clearly. Knowledge of Active Treatment component in an ICF-DD program and experience with ID/DD clients is preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Residential experience required. Prefer experience or training in High Fidelity Wrap Around or case management.

Salary is commensurate with education and experience as it relates to the position. 3/21/18 mental Health Outpatient Therapist Position #PC-310-7 Full time Outpatient Therapist position in Patrick County to provide mental health outpatient therapy to children, adolescents and adults with mental illness . Applicant must be licensed (LPC, LCSW, etc.) or licensure eligible in the state of Virginia.

Salary is commensurate with appropriate education and experience as it relates to the position. 2/20/18 Peer Support Specialist Position # CRP-321-6 Full time position with the COMMUNITY Recovery Program in Martinsville assisting individuals in residential recovery programs by creating recovery and wellness plans, linkage to COMMUNITY resources, collaboration on recovery oriented activities and experiences, and providing support with employment and other meaningful activities. The applicant must be a self-identified individual with a lived experience in substance use or has experienced a family member with a substance use disorder. A high school diploma or GED is required. Certified Peer Support Specialist in good standing is preferred or person willing to seek certification.
