Planning for skills
In 2016, the Scottish Government started a review of the working arrangements among the enterprise and skills agencies – Highlands and Islands Enterprise, Scottish Enterprise, SDS and the SFC. The review recommended a national board to help coordinate the activities of the agencies, and the Enterprise and Skills Strategic Board (ESSB)
