DO NOT reuse or refill rinse or pressure rinse container (orequivalent) promptly after emptying; then offer for recy-cling, if available, or reconditioning, if appropriate, or punc-ture and dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or by incineration,or by other procedures approved by state and rinse containers small enough to shake(capacity 5 gallons) as follows:Empty the remain-ing contents into application equipment or a mix tankand drain for 10 seconds after the flow begins to the container 1/4 full with water and recap.

Pour rinsate into application equipmentor a mix tank, or store rinsate for later use or for 10 seconds after the flow begins to this procedure two more rinse containers too large to shake (capa-city > 5 gallons) as follows:Empty the remainingcontents into application equipment or a mix tank. Fillthe container 1/4 full with water. Replace and tightenclosures. Tip container on its side and roll it back andforth, ensuring at least one complete revolution, for 30seconds. Stand the container on its end and tip it backand forth several times. Empty the rinsate into applica-tion equipment or a mix tank, or store rinsate for lateruse or disposal. Repeat this procedure two rinse as follows:Empty the remaining con-tents into application equipment or mix tank and con-tinue to drain for 10 seconds after the flow begins todrip.

8 Hold container upside down over applicationequipment or mix tank, or collect rinsate for later use ordisposal. Insert pressure rinsing nozzle in the side ofthe container and rinse at about 40 PSI for at least 30seconds. Drain for 10 seconds after the flow begins Container. Refill this container with pesticideonly. DO NOTreuse this container for any other rinsing the container before final disposal is theresponsibility of the person disposing of the before refilling is the responsibility of the rinse as follows:To clean the container beforefinal disposal, empty the remaining contents from thiscontainer into application equipment or mix tank. Fillthe container about 10% full with water. Agitate vigor-ously or recirculate water with the pump for 2 or pump rinsate into application equipment or rin-sate collection system.

9 Repeat this rinsing proceduretwo more this container is empty, replace the cap and seal allopenings that have been opened during use; return thecontainer to the point of purchase or to a designated loca-tion. This container must only be refilled with a pesticideproduct. DO NOTreuse the container for any other pur-pose. Prior to refilling, inspect carefully for damage suchas cracks, punctures, abrasions, worn-out threads andclosure devices. Check for leaks after refilling and beforetransport. DO NOTtransport if this container is damagedor leaking.
