2 Key Result Areas Key Result Areas or KRAs are the main functional tasks of the role on which your performance will be measured or assessed every six months. Key Responsibilities Outcome Performance Measure Undertake site audits for new and existing customers Hardware/ Software /peripherals/network, user size, roles , functional coverage (Modules/Advanced forms/Integration etc) Undertake Deployment of Evolution - client/server, terminal server Support the Implementation process Data migration, configuration, user training, and technical support. Customer feedback and completion of successful Implementation . Smooth Implementation as a result of thorough audit and risk mitigation. Deployment of Evolution Implementation of Evolution in a client/server model or Terminal services Citrix environment and understanding cloud computing. Document the process so as to be able to train other Medtech staff as well as engineers Successful Implementation and feedback from implemented site.

3 Implementation process Support throughout the Implementation process and go live dates Data migration Configurations User Training Technical support Product knowledge development. Learn and remain current on the Medtech suite of products to be a high level where you can then train. Demonstrate industry knowledge on development of technology. Pass assessments to demonstrate competency Passing examinations at the grade of 90% or above. Awareness of other products in the marketplace. Undertake and assist with internal trainings for staff Facilitate Internal training classes at Medtech House Provide Evolution training and testing for all staff as required Thorough planning and good lesson plan and coverage. Successful feedback from students. Provide input into training and other documentation (internal and external) for customers and staff Review and advise on the following: e-learning, User Guides Help files Training guides Release notes List of inputs documented for stakeholder to review and give feedback.

4 Account management Point of contact for select customers/early adopters Relationship management in terms of communication of follow-up, issues, escalations etc. Assist with user Groups Site visits to clients Assessment based on feedback from customers and successful Implementation . Strategic Focus A member of a team focused on early adopters and building the platform for fast followers of Evolution - Will be involved in the review of the analysis of the market/segment - Will be building knowledge base from the learning out of early adopters - Will transition the knowledge to the team that will be focused on fast followers Assessment of successful documentation of:- 1. Market analysis of competitor products. 2. Develop an Implementation guide. 3. Transfer learnings to Customer Care Department. Health and safety Objective: To ensure a safe and healthy working and learning environment is maintained at all times. Key Responsibilities Outcome Performance Measure Observe all Medtech Group s safe work policies and procedures, and report hazards or accidents via health and safety registers as appropriate Is familiar with health and safety policy of Medtech.

Core Competencies A proven track record of successful project Implementation in a Software environment. Team management experience, comfortable matrix managing project teams of up to 20 people both face to face and in other parts of the world Demonstrable knowledge of the principles and methods of project Implementation , training and instruction for individuals and groups is a necessity. Excellent client facing skills. Experience of the whole project life cycle, able to operate in the initial conceptual design stage, in the depths of system testing, and at each stage in between The ability to foster motivation within the project team to meet tight deadlines The ability to have a strong impact and influence key decisions. Technical or Professional Knowledge and Experience A minimum of 4 years in an Implementation role ideally within a technology and/or health sector environment.

7 A graduate degree in an area that covers project management as a topic of academic study ( , computer science, cognitive science, information studies, business, engineering) or the equivalent in experience (more than 3 years managing a major multi-partner project ) is desirable Thorough knowledge of MS suite and SQL databases In addition, a technical qualification MCSA / MCSE and other relevant industry Tertiary qualifications in Technology, a Medtech Certified Engineer, Qualified PMS / ITIL or equivalent qualification will be highly regarded; Strong understanding of desktop application support; comfortable with desktop connectivity, RDP, external devices, etc Skills and Abilities These are the abilities, attributes and personal characteristics that the staff member will need to consistently display in order to achieve their Key Result Areas (KRAs) [that is, to do the job effectively].
