1 Premium Pro Enterprise Notes & Corrections Program Files September 21, 2018 Calendar Corrected an issue which may cause the Calendar product to respond slowly. September 20, 2018 All When viewing a read only return, users will now be able to differentiate between the various field types. Calculated fields will be outlined in red, manual entry fields will be outlined in blue and fields with additional workpapers and schedules will be outlined in green. All Users may now add references and Notes to a specific field on a schedule by right clicking the desired cell and selecting Add Reference. Please see the Help Files for additional details. All Users may now apply changes to an audit s severity across all companies or for a specific company group. All A Rollover option has been added for custom audits. By default, all custom audits will rollover unless the users unchecks the rollover option from the Audit Pane or Audits Report. All Previously, only users with permissions to edit the Login Schedule had the option to save their OPTins username and password in the Efile Wizard.

2 Now, all users have the ability to choose the option to Remember Me. Calendar Users may now highlight a specific item or items in Calendar based on the return status. Please see the Help Files for additional details. July 10, 2018 Premium Changes have been made to facilitate electronic filing for the New Mexico Premium Tax installment and penalty forms. June 21, 2018 All When the synchronized scrolling option is on (Window > Synchronize Scrolling) while viewing multiple returns, the software will now also change tabs in sync with the active return. May 18, 2018 All The ability to Save All Changes to Company Groups" when making changes to the Filing Info Schedule has been temporarily disabled. May 17, 2018 All This update includes an automatic archive function for the 2014 2015 tax year.

3 When you initiate the update process, you will be prompted to archive the applicable tax year before you can proceed with the update. If you select no, you will be unable to update the software until you choose to archive the 2014 2015 tax year. If you select yes to archive, the software will prompt you to create a zip file that contains the necessary Program and product Files for the applicable archived tax year. You will then be prompted to save the archive file. Data will not be removed from the database during this process. If you need to access the archived versions of the software, you can unzip the Files to a new directory. A separate instance of Premium Pro Enterprise will then exist for the years included in the archive. Detailed instructions will be provided in the Enterprise Help Files . All New permissions have been added to the Roles Wizard to lock Summary Schedules, unlock Summary Schedules, lock Company Information Schedules, and unlock Company Information Schedules.

4 By default, these permissions are turned on. If you wish to restrict these permissions, please make appropriate changes to your roles via the Roles Wizard. All When making changes to the Filing Info Schedule, you now have the ability to Save All Changes to Company Groups." This will appear in the File Menu if you have groups created and the current company loaded is a member of a group. All A check mark has been added to the existing icons in the Pencil tool. April 19, 2018 All The following message could have been generated while right clicking on a locked jurisdiction and selecting Print Jurisdiction to PDF: The documents need to be saved before you can print . A change has been made to prevent this error. All When printing multiple companies to a single PDF file, the companies may not have printed in alphabetical order. This has been corrected. March 22, 2018 All General Information entered into the Admin Tool (such as company name, state of domicile, etc.)

5 Will only flow to the General Information form when a company is initially created. Subsequently, data in the General Information form will only change if the form is modified directly. When companies are created during rollover, information on the General Information will always be populated with the data on the prior year form. All The name of the file has been changed. The filename will now have the username appended to the end of the filename ( ). This file can be accessed from the Help Menu (Help > Logs > View Logs) and is stored in each user s local directory (PremiumProEnt). All Changes have been made to reduce the amount of memory used by Premium Pro Enterprise . 2017 2018 Premium October 18, 2018 Idaho All All Previously, the Approved By field on the Payment Request form of the 12/15 prepayment return was blank in some situations. This has been corrected to now display the signer name at all times. All An issue has been corrected for the 12/15 prepayment return so that the Addenda Record field on the Payment Request form will now display the appropriate information, if applicable, when not e filing via OPTins.

6 New Mexico All Rows have been added to the Addenda Schedule for the 3rd and 4th Quarter NM Installments as well as the 3rd and 4th Quarter NM Penalty Returns. New York All An issue has been corrected where Forms CT 33 and CT 33 NL could not be electronically filed for companies previously domiciled in New York. Guam All The estimated returns due November 20th, December 20th, and January 20th have been updated with the new forms released by the territory. Please see the state specific release Notes for more details. States released for this update: New York (Estimate Retal Tax) Guam (Revised Estimates) October 1, 2018 Alabama All Electronic filing via OPTins has been enabled for the 3rd Quarter estimate returns. Please see the state specific release Notes for more details. New Mexico All Electronic filing via TriTech has been enabled for the 10/15 estimate return. Please see the state specific release Notes for more details. States released for this update: New Mexico (3rd & 4th Quarter Estimates) September 20, 2018 Global GTS A company selection option has been added to the GFA Tracking System Export.

7 Users may select one or more companies to export. The first column of the export file will use the company abbreviation/name. South Dakota Risk The estimated reports due October 31st and January 1st have been updated with the new form released by the state. Please see the state specific release Notes for more details. States released for this update: South Dakota (Revised Risk Estimates) September 13, 2018 Kansas HMO Estimated Tax Statements for HMO companies have been added to the software. Please see the state specific release Notes for more details. States released for this update: Kansas (Revised 3rd Quarter Estimate) August 30, 2018 Oklahoma All Previously, when filing an amended estimated quarterly voucher, only the amount paid with that voucher would calculate to the Estimate Summary. This has been corrected to now include the original amount paid. Rhode Island PC A correction has been made so that the September and December Estimate Returns print appropriately when selecting to print a specific month's returns from the Print menu.

October 1, 2018 Florida The address for Miami has been corrected. September 20, 2018 Florida The Clerk Fee has been removed for Boynton Beach. The phone number has also changed. August 23, 2018 Florida Florida has been updated for 2017 2018. Some cities have not yet responded to requests to verify the rates and fees. Subsequent updates will be released as more responses are received. June 26, 2018 Illinois The Chicago Foreign Fire Return has been updated for 2017 2018. 9 May 17, 2018 Global An error may occur when printing address labels when the Exclude Zero Payment Requests print option is selected. This has been corrected. May 8, 2018 Kentucky The following changes have been made pursuant to the updated 2018 2019 Tax Bulletin. These changes effect the third quarter, fourth quarter, and annual reconciliation. Mount Washington no longer reports to Bullitt County. Carlisle County, Ferguson, and Sanders have been added. The rates have changed for the following municipalities: Florence Island Morehead Mount Washington Murray Owensboro The address schedule has changed for the following municipalities: Fort Mitchell Goose Creek Murray Westwood March 13, 2018 Alabama The address has been corrected for Center Point. Louisiana Additional instructions have been added regarding the LaMATS online filing. February 20, 2018 North Dakota The return instructions have been updated for the Fire District Report. February 15, 2018 Louisiana An additional note regarding filing instructions has been added to the LaMATS return.

February 6, 2018 Alabama The issuance fee has been corrected for the Town of Ardmore. Georgia The address has been corrected for the City of Between. Louisiana The Export LaMATS button has been enabled. The calculation for Total Premiums Reported on the LaMATS return has been changed to include negative premiums. New York The address has been corrected for the New York State Cover Letter. January 30, 2018 North Dakota North Dakota has been updated for 2017 2018. The City of Ashley (0270) has been removed. Havana FPD is now Havana. The code for Forest River has changed to 3541. January 16, 2018 Alabama The issuance fee has changed for Oak Grove.
