2 We will have the right and duty to defend the insured against any "suit". seeking those damages. However, we will have no duty to defend the insured against any "suit" seeking damages for "bodily injury" or "property damage" to which this insurance does not apply. We may, at our discretion, investigate any "occurrence" and settle any claim or "suit" that may result, but: (1) The amount we will pay for damages is limited as described in this ENDORSEMENT ; and (2) Our right and duty to defend ends when we have used up the applicable limit of insurance in the payment of judgements or settlements under Coverages A or B or medical expenses under Coverage C.

3 No other obligation or LIABILITY to pay sums or perform acts or services is covered unless explicitly provided for under SUPPLEMENTARY PAYMENTS - COVERAGES A AND B. ADDITIONAL EXCLUSIONS. The following exclusions are added to Paragraph 2. Exclusions of SECTION I - COVERAGE A - BODILY. INJURY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE LIABILITY , COVERAGE B - PERSONAL AND ADVERTISING INJURY. LIABILITY and COVERAGE C - MEDICAL PAYMENTS: This insurance does not apply to "bodily injury", "property damage", "personal and advertising injury" or medical payments: (1) Due to services rendered while under the influence of intoxicants or drugs;. (2) Either directly or indirectly arising from employed or contracted physicians, surgeons, osteopaths, podiatrists, dentists, orthodontists, chiropractors, psychiatrists or psychologists.

4 (3) Arising out of the rendering of or failure to render PROFESSIONAL services not described in the Schedule above;. (4) Arising out of any goods or products manufactured by, bottled by, packaged by, or repackaged by you or any other insured or sold under your label or the label of any other insured, unless specifically scheduled in the Declarations;. (8) Arising from the conduct of any business enterprise owned by you or which is controlled, operated or managed by you, either individually or in a fiduciary capacity, including the ownership, maintenance or use of any property in connection therewith, other than in connection with the normal and PROFESSIONAL services shown in the Schedule above;. (9) Arising either directly or indirectly from your activities as an officer or director of any corporation, company or business other than those designated on this policy;. (10) From any dishonest, fraudulent, criminal or malicious act or omissions committed by you, your partner, your "employee", "volunteer worker" or any person for whom you are legally responsible.

6 (11) For false arrest, detention or imprisonment, malicious prosecution, wrongful entry or eviction, invasion of privacy, libel or slander, unless specifically scheduled in the Declarations;. (12) For coercion, conversion or misappropriation of the funds or property of others;. (13) For or arising out of the infringement of any copyright, trademark or patent;. (14) Arising out of your insolvency or bankruptcy; or (15) Based upon or arising out of the Securities Act of 1933 or the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 or any amendment of or addition to it or any State Securities Act (also known as the blue sky laws) or amendments of or additions to it.

7 WHO IS AN INSURED. Subparagraph (1)(d) "Bodily injury" or "personal and advertising injury" of item of SECTION II - WHO IS AN. INSURED is replaced by the following: (1)(d) However, no "employee" is an insured for "bodily injury" or "personal and advertising injury" arising out of his or her providing or failing to provide PROFESSIONAL services except for those services shown in the Schedule above and only while acting within the scope of their duties as such, subject to the exclusions of this policy. LIMITS OF INSURANCE. The Limits of Insurance shown in the Declarations and the rules set forth in SECTION III - LIMITS OF. INSURANCE fix the most we will pay regardless of the number of insureds, claims made or "suits" brought, or persons or organizations making claims or bringing "suits.

The LIMITS OF INSURANCE of this ENDORSEMENT will be included in and become a part of: The Each Occurrence Limit for damages under COVERAGE A; and The General Aggregate Limit for damages under COVERAGE A. This insurance is not intended to nor will it provide additional limits of insurance unless specifically endorsed. All other terms and conditions of this policy remain unchanged.
