7 Application for the PRIMA Scholarship (covers registration fee to semi-annual conference) is open to all qualified PRIMA members who are actively employed by a governmental entity with a need that impacts their ability to attend the semi-annual conference. ACCOMMODATIONSA block of rooms has been reserved at the Golden Nugget Hotel. Participants should make room reservations directly with the hotel by calling 1-844-777-4653 and ask for the LA Public Risk Management (PRIMA) Spring Conference room block. A deposit or credit card guarantee is required. Cancellations of rooms must be made 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a no show fee. Single and double rates are $135 per night; Check in time is 4 and check out is 11 The rooms will be held until April 9, 2018 - thereafter, availability of rooms and rates may change.

9 When you check in, please be sure you are not charged a $ Resort Fee. The hotel agreed to waive this charge for our conference attendees. CONFERENCE REGISTRATIONR egistration should be received by April 14. The cost for an individual is $175 for LA PRIMA members and $225 for non-members. For two or more from same entity, there is a $25 discount per person ($150 for members; $200 for non-members), A $25 late fee is charged for all registrations received after April 14. The registration fee includes all materials, breakfasts, breaks, luncheon, and socials. Checks should be made payable to PRIMA Spring Conference.

10 A full refund will be made for cancellations received by April 14th; a $30 cancellation fee will be withheld from April 15-21; and no refunds after April 21st.
