2 Greatfor applications with geometries andtemperatures that prevent the use of air-cooled Liquid-Cooled inductionheating working environmentis createdduring welding. Welders are not exposed to open flame, explosive gases and hotelements associated with fuel gas heatingand resistance setupis achieved using flexible heating cables combined with user-friendlyinsulation temperature controlprovides formanual or temperature based programmingin a simple-to-learn operator heatingis maintained along andthrough the heat zone by using inductionheat within the material. At more than 90 percent efficiency, the ProHeat 35 power source transfers moreenergy to the part, reducing operating costs over different heatingmethods. One ProHeat 35 power source has two outputs and can runone or two heating cables at a time.
