1 Quick setup guide for the 08419 USB SATA enclosure The included accessories: Step 1.) Unpack your enclosure to ensure you have all the necessary components. Remove cover so you can install your drive. Step 2.) Locate the SATA connector on your hard drive. Step 3.) Lineup your drive's SATA connector with the SATA connector located inside the enclosure. Step 4.) Carefully insert the drive into the enclosure. Step 5.) Lineup the four (4) screw holes between the enclosure and the cover. Step 6.) install the four (4) black screws Step 7.) install the four (4) silver color screws on the bottom to secure your drive to the enclosure Step 8.) Attach the included power adapter to an available power outlet. Attach the other end of the power adapter to the enclosure as shown Step 9.
2 Attach the included USB cable to the enclosure as shown Step 10.) Attach the included USB cable to your desktop or notebook computer. This will work in any available USB port. Step 11.) Switch-on your enclosure Enjoy! You are now completed in setting up the enclosure.
