3 That COURIER SERVICE is much faster thanis REGISTERED AIRMAIL post - perhaps taking only 3 to 5 working days - but it is more expensive than is registeredairmail post . If you require COURIER SERVICE (using DHL or another COURIER Company) YOU MUST MAKEARRANGEMENTS with - and pay to - a COURIER Company in your country to collect the parcel from the College spremises in Jersey - as soon as we tell you it is ready to go - and deliver it to you , it may be possible for the College to arrange despatch of items such as Examination papers ofDiplomas to you by DHL, so long as: (i) you have paid for that SERVICE in advance**, and (ii) you have clearly statedthe PHYSICAL address to which the item should be delivered (and which is acceptable to the COURIER company)AND you have stated your contact telephone number.

4 CIC and DHL will refuse to take any action if the addressyou have given is only a P O Box Number - a physical address is needed (for example, the College s physicaladdress is: College House, Leoville, St. Ouen, Jersey JE3 2DB, Britain).**The MINIMUM charge for CIC to arrange despatch by DHL is 80 or US$160, PAYABLE IN post and UNREGISTERED MAILCIC s modest Fee for a Course, Program or Programme includes all despatches to anenrolled Member of the College by sealed AIRMAIL POSTH owever, to ensure the safe delivery of valuable despatches - such as parcels of StudyMaterial, Examination Documentation to Invigilators, and Certificates or Diplomas - we stronglyrecommend that a Member pays the sum of 10 or US$20 or Euro 15 ** for EACH suchdespatch so that the College can send it under REGISTERED cover/recorded the charge for registration of a packet has been paid, the College will inform theaddressee ( the Member or his or her Invigilator)

6 In the unfortunate event of a loss in the postof an UNregistered packet, the Member concerned will be required to pay the cost ofreplacement of its contents , plus the cost of postage on re-sending it, plus the charge forregistering the new MAIL DESPATCHES TO THE COLLEGEAll payments sent by post TO the College, as well as Work for Tutorial Assessment and/orExamination must be mailed under REGISTERED cover for safe delivery to the College.
