Primary Producer concessionPrimary producers (including co-operative associations) are eligible for a primary producer Concession . The Concession can be applied to eligible vehicles owned by the primary producer which are used solely for carrying on the primary producer s business. A primary producer is a person whose business consists mainly of the production of primary produce derived from agriculture, dairying, fishing, the raising of livestock or am a Primary Producer engaged in the production of raw material for clothing or food derived from.
