This warranty does not cover any cosmetic issues, such as scratches, dents, marring, fading of colors or as expressly set forth above, and subject to the limitation of liability below, ECII MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS ORIMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULARPURPOSE, with respect to its products and parts, whether used alone or in combination with others.
