The card is 35 bit with a unique site code field logout for keypadsAuto Logout setting for keypads connected to B8512G and B9512G has been expanded toallow tailored configurations from 1-10 for updated B and G Series control panel certificatesControl panel firmware introduces a new security certificate in advance of the currentcertificate expiration in April, 2022.

The Installer Services Portal iscurrently available in the United States and the websites for the United States at andCanada at for more more about the Installer Services Portal here.

6 RPS will continue to support current Cloud and cellular connectivity operations aswell as users and devices in the new Installer Services Portal. Introduces integrated operations with Installer Services Portal for Cloud and cellularservices. Flexibility to operate RPS offline with local credentials or online with a Bosch ID. Centralized single sign-on with a Bosch ID for RPS and Bosch Installer Services, such asRemote Connect for Programming and Mobile App use. Main RPS Panel list view offers connection action and status details. Integrated process to browse, procure and process Installer Services orders includingcellular, Cloud and Mobile App services. When connecting to cellular-enabled panels in the Installer Services Portal, VPNconnections will be managed automatically. Simplified process for enabling Remote Access on cellular panels , such as Mobile App. Users operating with their own installation of RPS and connecting to the new BoschInstaller Cloud or Cellular Services, can select the Stay Logged In option to reduce BoschInstaller Services log in prompts.

7 The Installer Services Portal log in prompts will persistuntil security timeout settings are reached, the user selects to disconnect from InstallerServices or uses the menu options to Logout of issuesThis section describes issues corrected in version Uninstall CleanupUninstalling RPS now removes the RPS application and Windows system files from the RPSinstall path, the windows system registry, and RPS system program install camera supervision period value rounding in Account AssistantOlder control panel accounts that were imported or restored to RPS and opened firstusing the RPS Account Assistant had Supervision Period values that were not in the expectedvalue range (0, 1 to 10 minutes). This issue is fixed in RPS version cannot connect to control panel using TCP and newcertificateRPS version would fail when trying to connect to version control panels using TCPwith the new certificate. The SP1 resolutionaddressed errors encountered when saving Easy Series v3+ Programming updates with RPSusing SQL Express tables included with RPS backup and restoreFor customers using UMM Software with RPS, the UMM tables and data are now included withthe RPS Backup and Restore setting during G Series account conversionMapped appropriate debounce settings and operations for accounts being converted from BSeries to G Series Programming Software (RPS)

9 Version | en9 Bosch Security Systems | V50 | issuesThis section describes known issues in this version of fail for B4512 panels with firmware after upgrading to upgrading to RPS , attempts to open and view an RPS Panel Report for B4512panels may fail and note that there was a problem viewing the report or that the key is alreadyassociated with an element of this work around this issue, customers an RPS backup using RPS > File > a new RPS the RPS backup to the new RPS database using RPS > File > the RPS firmware upgrade wizard is cancelled, RPS will not reset thepanel in some situationsAfter a firmware update is successfully completed from RPS, then Update Another ModuleFirmware is selected and is not able to complete or is cancelled, RPS does not automaticallyreset the panel after disconnecting from module may show trouble or not work as expected. To restore proper module operation,reset the control panel by turning power for the panel OFF, then back ON.

10 Alternatively, youcan reconnect to the panel using RPS and check the RESET PANEL checkbox during not able to type directly into RPS Programming fieldSelect users reported issues with ability to enter directly into select RPS Programming fieldsusing keyboard operations. RPS operators can again use keyboard keys to navigate, edit andsave program SSL and TLS versions for Cloud connectionFor RPS to remotely connect to a control panel using Cloud ( Remote Connect), SSL and TLS version must be enabled on the computer running (Video) configurationWhen using Bosch Mobile apps, the RPS Live View user and password may not operate unlessthe camera is configured (not RPS configuration) to allow basic authentication for HTTP connections. Once enabled, the RPS configured Live View user and password will be used byBosch mobile apps to securely access may fail to connect with service and database client if unsupportedversion of TLS is installedRPS supports TLS , TLS and TLS does not configure security protocol (SSL/TLS) settings.
