2 Would ABI like the original hard copy to be bound or simply clipped and unbound? ANSWER: Exhibit D submittal forms must be included in the Original paper submittal. The original is the official document. The submittal forms are not required to be included in the digital copy. There is no preference between bound or unbound. 2. QUESTION: Has a NEPA document been completed? ANSWER: No. 3. QUESTION: Are environmental special studies, , air, noise, archaeology, history, ecology, and NEPA being conducted in accordance with the gdot PDP being completed for the section between Westminster and Mayson Street that is currently being designed outside the scope of the proposed RFP?

3 If so, would the intent of the proposed SOW be to adopt those studies into the project or would those studies need to be conducted under the proposed SOW. ANSWER: The segment from Westminster Drive to Mayson Street is being funded locally; NEPA does not apply. Similarly, the segment from Monroe Drive to Westminster Drive is also expected to be funded locally. The segment between Mayson Street and MARTA Lindbergh Station would likely include federal dollars. NEPA analysis and documentation would therefore be required for this segment. 4 QUESTION: Is there an established construction budget, and is the budget amount available to Respondents? Is the budget separated between the North trail ( gdot ) and the South trail (ABI)? ANSWER: There is no established construction budget yet. Order of Magnitude" estimates are based on $15M/mile. 5. QUESTION: Will a bathometric survey of Clear Creek be required? ANSWER: Yes. 6. QUESTION: Must all consultants working on the project be gdot Prequalified in their respective classes? ANSWER: Yes. 7. QUESTION: For purposes of design and construction, does ABI consider the northern trail segment from Mayson St to Lindbergh and the southern trail segment from Monroe Drive to Westminster Drive as potentially separate projects ( independent contract packages that could be let either together or combined into a larger package)?

5 ANSWER: That is not yet determined, but is a likely project delivery methodology. 8. QUESTION: Is the northern trail segment subject to the gdot PDP process and gdot /FHWA funding? Does the northern trail segment include the Alternatives Analysis and NEPA study? Was the southern trail segment previously studied by ABI and included in the East environmental analysis? ANSWER: Assuming federal funds are assigned to the segment between Mayson Street and MARTA Lindbergh Station, the gdot PDP will govern the delivery of the design. There will need to be an informal alternatives analysis, not necessarily submitted to the DOT for review, but ABI will use it as a community engagement and decision making tool.

6 NEPA analysis and documentation is required by the PDP and the federal funding stream. The southern trail segment between Monroe Drive and Westminster Drive was not evaluated beyond feasibility with the proposed transit alignment. QUESTION: Can the design team assume that the appropriate environmental approval will be completed and the team will focus primarily on the validation/design of this corridor, with the examination of potential crossing options for Monroe Drive and Clear Creek? ANSWER: Local funding is anticipated for the segment from Monroe Drive to Westminster Drive.

7 NEPA analysis and documentation would not be required, but USACOE permits probably would. Analysis and validation/design of the corridor is still the primary scope of work. 10. CORRECTION: Chau Wall is incorrectly identified on the Pre- qualification meeting attendee list as Chan Wall.
