Who is your current Pest Provider? Pest Management Systems Inc. 2. Can you supply a copy of the last bid tabulation sheet or supply us with current pricing? The current contract pricing is as follows: (1.) Canine Inspections ranging from $ to $ per unit in the regular dwelling units, (2.) Canine Inspection for $ per total floor in the Loewy Building and (3.) full building inspection prices per quarter in each of the high-rise complexes (Sunrise Towers, 195 units - $1, ), (Crystal Towers, 201 units - $1, ) and Healy Towers, 105 units - $ ). Bed Bug treatment prices for regular one to two story apartment dwellings are as follows: (0 & 1 BR) $ , (2 BR) $ , (3 BR) $ , (4 BR) $1, and (Loewy Building) $1, per floor.
