Here s how it works: VIP Club are eligible for theVIP Club after successfully recruiting a minimumof two members. This includes all new applications,as well as recruitment of former members. Recruiter councils should takeevery opportunity to acknowledge and honor VIP Clubrecruiters with public recognition at council meetingsand with council newsletter announcements as theyattain new levels of Club should awardmembership level certificates at council meetingsor functions. These personalized certificates, whichare signed by the supreme knight and denote thelevel of recruits the VIP Club member has proposed,are forwarded to councils automatically by theDepartment of Fraternal Club Lapel may purchase VIP Clublapel pins for 5-member through 75-member levelsfrom the Supreme Council Supply Departmentfor a nominal charge.

2 The Supreme Knight s officeautomatically distributes club member pins uponenrollment, and to those who reach 100-memberthrough 500-member level status. See the SupplyCatalog (Form #1264) for a complete price list. VIP Club Membership Levels. Initial enrollment inthe VIP Club is at the 2-member level. knights canascend to higher levels by recruiting 5, 10, 15, 20, 25,50, 75, 100, 200, 300, 400, or 500 can provide VIP Clubmembers with copies of the Personal RecruitmentRecord Booklet (Form #1768)for recording names,initiation dates and financial secretary verifications ofthe new members they propose. Each booklet containsspaces for 100 new 1882, more than million menhave borne the title of Knight.

The VIP Club recognizessuccessful recruiters, thereby strengtheningtheirresolve and encouraging knights to furtherpersevere in their recruitment efforts. IncreasingKnights of columbus membership is essentialto building our VIP Club requires a participant to: Recruit two or more members.

4 Provide the Supreme Council with all theinformation necessary for properly recording VIPmembership and recruiter status by completingSection 6 of the Membership Document (Form#100). Credit for recruiting new members is onlygiven if this section is filled out properly. Deliver the fully-completed Membership Document(Form #100)to the council s financial secretary. Record the name of new members into the PersonalRecruitment Book (Form #1768). Recordkeeping: VIP Club SupremeCouncil Department of Fraternal Services main-tains VIP Club member records. As knights attainnew recruiting levels, the appropriate VIP Club cer-tificates are prepared and forwarded to the councilfor presentation to members.
