1 1 Games will be governed by Futsal rules with Clemson Intramural Sports modifications. The Game, Players and Equipment Men s and Women s team willconsist of five players. Each team musthave a minimum of four players presentat game time to begin a game. Each Co-Rec team will consist of five players(three men and two women or threewomen and two men). Each Co-Recteam must have a minimum of fourplayers present to begin a game (twomen and two women). team is advised to bring their ownsoccer ball; however, some Soccer ballswill be available for checkout. Every teamwill use a regulation-sized futsal factors, time and length game will consist of two 20-minuteperiods with a running clock. The clockwill only stop for major incidences perthe officials rule: If a team is ahead by ten ormore goals with five minutes or lessremaining in the game or by five goals Rulebook: Indoor Soccer 2with two minutes or less remaining in the game, the game will end.

2 Officials may end the game if teams are intentionally avoiding the mercy rule. : If the score remains tied at theend of regulation play, a 10-minutegolden goal period will be played. If thescore remains tied after this period, therewill be a six-person shootout (three fromeach team):a. A coin flip will determine whichteam will receive the ball or kickfirst in each overtime changes may occuronly at the beginning of ashootout and only if the newgoalkeeper was on the court atthe end of the overtime periodc. During a shootout, teams willalternate after each shot. Co-Recteams will alternate still tied after six shooters, asudden death victory shootout willensue. Shooters for sudden deathmust be different from the first sixshooters.

4 All players will be in their team s half ofthe court and not less than 10 feet fromthe ball until it is kicked.
