1 Page 1 on 6 Service impacts (as of August 25th, 2022)Key changes and updates are highlighted in impacts (as of August 25th, 2022)Temporary transit time extension from Europe to the Americas for FedEx International Priority FreightDue to temporary adjustments to our transatlantic air network, transit times for FedEx International Priority Freight (IPF) shipments from Europe to the US, CA and LAC will be extended by 1 day, effective 29th August until 2nd October 2022. Transit quotation tools and online shipping applications will be updated to reflect these changes. Freight, Heavyweight and Non-Standard shipments Intra-European and intercontinental freight services, as well as non-standard shipments continue to be impacted by 24 to 48 hour transit extensions, due to volume demand and capacity limitations at our main air network hub at CDG, Paris. Effective Monday 8th August and until further notice, a restriction on intra-European Express Freight shipments will be implemented limiting shipments to 500kg per shipment in order to support high demands and ensure we can offer customers a consistent reliable Service .

2 This impacts all European shipping lanes, and applies to both FedEx and TNT Service restrictions and extended transit times related toAccessible Dangerous GoodsAccessible Dangerous Goods packages above 32 kg and/or dimensions above than 75 cm height and 120 cm width/length will not be accepted temporarily to a few countries, as follows: - Countries that the Service is temporarily suspended (in and out): Finland, Norway, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. - Countries that the Service will remain available, but customers may experience longer transit times than the quoted ones: Sweden and Denmark. For clarity: all Accessible Dangerous Goods packages under 32kg and below 75 cm height and 120 cm width/length will continue to be accepted to all countries with no impact.
