You can: View your inbox, organization chart, colleague contact information, and employee profile Review, edit, enter and submit your time Contact colleagues with one click Manage personal information on the go Note: Some functionality may not be available on Mobile . Device Requirements Workday Mobile is accessible from the following devices : iPhone (or iPod) iOS or later iPad iOS or later Android or later Browser Requirements Workday Mobile is accessible from all smartphones with the latest supported browsers for the following: IE Mobile Chrome Mobile Safari Mobile Blackberry Browser for Blackberry 10 phones Before you begin, make sure your Mobile device and your computer both have access to the internet.

2 STEP 1: Install VIP Access app on your Mobile device From your iTunes or Google Play store: 1. Search for VIP Access by Symantec VIP. 2. Install and open VIP Access. 3. Tap X to close the Welcome message. The VIP Access screen will display showing your Credential ID and a Security Code. The Security Code will change every 30 seconds. Setting up Workday Mobile / employee Revised: December 25, 2019 2 Powered by Workday STEP 2: Register with SSM VIP Gateway on a desktop or laptop computer From a computer: 1. Go to: The VIP Self Service Portal login screen will appear. 2. Type your SSM Health computer login ID (ex: jsmith) in the User Name field. 3. Type your associated password in the Password field. 4. Click Sign In. 5. Click Register to register your VIP Credential.

3 6. Enter a name for your credential in the Credential Name field (ex: Candy Credential). 7. If needed, launch VIP Access on your Mobile device. 8. Enter the alpha/numeric Credential ID (found in the VIP Access app on your Mobile device) into the Credential ID field on your computer (ex: SYMC94854951 do not enter spaces). 9. Enter the Security Code (found in the VIP Access app on your Mobile device) into the Security Code field on your computer (ex: 050168). 10. You must click SUBMIT before your Security Code expires. (Codes expire every 30 seconds.) You will see the following message when you successfully registered: 11. Close the browser on your computer. STEP 3: Install Workday App on your Mobile device From your iTunes or Google Play store: 1.

4 Search for Workday . 2. Install and open the Workday app. 3. Tap Login. 4. Enter SSMH in the Organization ID field, tap . 5. Enter your SSM Health Network login ID in the UserID field (ex: jsmith). 6. Enter your SSM Health Network password in the Password field. 7. Tap Sign In. You will be asked to confirm your identity. 8. A Sign-In request pop-up will appear from VIP Access, click Approve. Follow the on-screen prompts to setup Fingerprint Login, OR tap Skip in the upper right corner to skip this step. 10. Enter a 6-digit numeric pin that you will remember, click the blue checkmark. 11. Re-enter your 6-digit numeric pin, click the blue checkmark again.
