1 1 Setup Default settings for NHVRIN in Internet Explorer 1.) Open Internet Explorer and browse to 2.) click on Tools Internet Options. If you do not see tools press Alt-T to bring up the tools menu and click Internet Options. 2 3.) click on Delete 4.) Set the check boxes to match the settings listed below and click Delete to save the settings . 3 5.) click on settings 6.) click Every Time I visit the web page and click OK 4 7.) click on the security tab and click on Trusted Sites and click on the Sites button 8.) Type *. in the box below Add this website to the zone and un-check Require server verification for all sites in this zone box.

Type *. in the Address of website to all box and click Add and then click Close 6 11.) click on the Advanced Tab. In the settings section scroll down to the settings for SSL and SSL and uncheck them. Also make sure TLS , TLS and TLS are checked. click on OK. 12.) click on Tools Compatibility View settings . If you do not see tools press Alt-T to bring up the tools menu and click Compatibility view settings . 7 13.) Type in the Add this website box and click Add then click Close 14.
3 You should now be able to login to NHVRIN and use the application. Open Windows Explorer by Right clicking on your Start button and left click on Open Windows Explorer 2.) Then Right click on the C: Drive and left click on Properties 9 3.) Left click the disk cleanup button as shown below: 4.) You will see a screen similar to the screen below. Please wait while the PC calculates the temp files on the computer.
4 This may take a few minutes. 10 5.) When the disk cleanup window appears check same items on your computer as shown below. Your screen may have different options but these are the Default common items to clear out. You may leave other entries as is. click OK and confirm if prompted to delete the files. 6.)
