Space Launch System facts - NASA
Cryogenic Second Stage used successfully on United Launch Alliance’s Delta IV family of rockets. It uses one RL10 engine made by Aerojet Rockedyne. The engine is powered by liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen and generates 24,750 pounds of thrust. This stage has been delivered to Kennedy and is ready for integration before launch.
