5 Micro Medical Ltd warrants that the software will perform in accordance with theproduct Manual for a period of 90 days from the date of the warranty period,* Micro Medical Ltd will replace, at no charge, any magnetic media or printed Manual ,which proves defective in materials or workmanship on an exchange basis.* Micro Medical Ltd undertakes to replace or repair, at no charge, any software thatdoes not perform substantially in accordance with the product documentation.* If Micro Medical Ltd is unable to replace or repair the software; Micro Medical Ltd will,at its discretion and as a final remedy, replace the software with a functionally similarprogram or refund the price paid for the software license in EXCLUSIONSM icro Medical Ltd undertakes to ensure that the product meets the specification given inthe product literature; it does not warrant that the software supplied in this package issuitable for your specific requirements or usage.
