Permit holder shall comply with all STATE , County and MunicipalLaws, Ordinances and Regulations while traveling upon any public access thoroughfare in this Permittee shall protect all vertical structures and width clearances and shall be responsible for ensuring the vehicle/load will clear suchstructures. Use of off-ramps or frontage roads to clear overhead obstacles is permitted. Structures that cannot be cleared shall be An oversize vehicle, combination or load shall be properly flagged at all times.

5 "Properly flagged" means that flags are colored red, florescentred or florescent orange and square or rectangular measuring no less than eighteen inches on any one side (18" by 18") and are affixed to the widestpart of the load and the front and rear right and left sides of the towing unit. The permittee shall take appropriate steps to protect these structures. Any violation of such restrictionsrender the special permit null and void and subject the permittee to fines or Permittee shall protect all overhead wires, structures and roadside property. Any damage to these or to the roadway, pavement, road guards,or shoulder shall be restored at the sole expense of the permittee. The granting of the permit shall not be construed to relieve permittee of anyresponsibility for public liability or property damage or of the responsibility to the New MEXICO Motor Vehicle Laws and CFR 49.

8 The permittee shalldetour all structures that cannot be cleared. If the vehicle, load or combination allows over height, the permittee shall check for and take appropriatesteps to ensure clearance of traffic signals, wires, utility lines, overpasses and other overhead structures. If the vehicle, load or combination has aheight of fifteen feet six inches (15' 6") or greater, the permittee must survey the route and verify clearance of all overhead structures prior toundertaking the move. Permittee must have clearance letters from utility companies when vehicle, load or combination height exceeds eighteen (18) Mover is required three (3) private escorts at 20' wide on all highways; The New MEXICO STATE Police has the authority to escort the movementfor a distance of Five (5) miles or more of a vehicle, combination of vehicles or load which is twenty (20') or more in width on STATE highways outsidethe corporate limits of municipalities.
