4 The promotion of the Executives at Para 1 above, is further subject to the conditionsthat no disciplinary / vigilance case is pending against the Executives on the date of assumptionof the charge. In case. any disciplinary / vigilance case of the type referred to in DoP&T 0 MNo. 22011/4/91-Estt. (A) Dated is pending against the Executives or any sort ofpunishment is current, he/she should not be promoted and the matter should be reported toSea and Vigilance Branch of Corporate Office, implementation of these order(s) in respect of Executives mentioned in Para 1above, the Circle(s) must ensure that Presidential Orders for absorption of the Executives inBSNL have been issued.

5 Any other discrepancy, viz variation in the name of the Executive,staff No., category etc. shown in the order may be brought to the notice o fBSNL CO withsupporting documents for rectification of records. Moreover, if the Executives are notworking in respective circle shown against them, the orders should not be implemented, butthe Executives relieved immediately with direction to report to the circle of posting shownagainst him and the matter should be reported to CO On promotion, the pay will be fixed as contemplated in BSNL MSRR, communicated videNo.
