2 Press the relevant DVR Selection button on the remote control handset before use. Requires 2 x AAA (LR03) in Access the Control PanelNavigationButtonsFor Security reasons, most of the buttons on the control panel will only become operational after you have Logged in to the the MENU button to go to the Log in will be highlighted. Use the Navigation buttons to scroll up and down the List, highlight the user level assigned to you and press ENTER to the down button to highlight the password then press ENTER to the buttons 1 to 4 across the front of the unit, enter your 4 digit password to access the Main Menu.

3 Press Menu to exit, the control panel is now accessible. (note: the options available to you will have been pre-defined by the engineer).5 ViewDisplayEach camera can be selected to display as a Full Screen image by pressing the corresponding camera button on the front of the DVR. Alternatively, to select the on screen format press VIEW Each time the button is pressed the display will change to the next available until the screen displays the cameras as required. Sequential - displays the image from each camera, full screen, in Picture - displays two camera images simultaneously, (one within the other).

4 (these will have been pre-defined by the engineer). 4-Up - displays the images from four cameras simultaneously. * 9-Up - displays the images from nine cameras simultaneously. * 16-Up - displays the images from sixteen cameras simultaneously. * where available on : Split screen, 9 digitally zoom in on a Live image press ZOOM Use the Navigation buttons to move the zoom area around the the ZOOM button again to zoom out to normal : The zoom feature is only available on full screen live SearchUse the Navigation buttons to highlight the Day box, press ENTER to 2 digits denoting the Day will now be available for editing - the first digit will be LEFT and RIGHT Navigation buttons can now be used to move along and highlight the digit to be changed - when selected, the UP and DOWN buttons are used to incre-ment that the Day is displayed as required, press ENTER to the Navigation buttons to highlight the Month box.

5 Press ENTER to as above until the Month is set as required .Repeat the above procedure to set the year and the time (hh : mm) until the search start time and date are as the DOWN button to highlight the Search ENTER and the recorded footage from that time will be replayed. Press LIVE to exit SEARCH to access the search ENTER to select and access the Time Search set SearchPress SEARCH to access the search the DOWN button highlight Event ENTER to select and access the Event Search set the Navigation buttons to set the Time Window of interest using the same method as described previously (see Time Search).

6 Use the Navigation buttons to highlight any camera as required and press ENTER to select. (repeatedly pressing ENTER will toggle between select and deselect).Use the Navigation buttons to highlight the type of Event(s) for which you want to search. Press ENTER to select. (repeatedly pressing ENTER will toggle between select and deselect).Use the DOWN button to highlight the Search ENTER and a list of events will be displayed. Use the Navigation buttons to highlight an event. Press ENTER and the recorded footage for that event will be replayed.

7 Press LIVE to exit Copy to USBI nsert the USB device into the USB slot of the COPY to access the Copy the Navigation buttons to highlight any camera(s) required and press ENTER to select. (repeatedly pressing ENTER will toggle between select and deselect).Use the Navigation buttons to set the Time Window to be copied using the same method as described previously to input the settings (see Time Search).Use the Navigation buttons to highlight the Copy to USB option and press ENTER to the Navigation buttons to highlight the Include Player option.

8 Press ENTER to deselect if not required (default set to Include Player). Use the Navigation buttons to highlight the Copy button, Press ENTER and the recorded footage for the camera(s) selected during the time window set will be copied to the USB device along with the Player software (if selected).Press ENTER when complete then Press Menu to Copy to DVDP ress the EJECT to open the DVD drawer, insert the CD/DVD disk and press the EJECT button to close Press COPY to access the Copy the Navigation buttons to highlight any camera(s) required and press ENTER to select.

9 (repeatedly pressing ENTER will toggle between select and deselect)Use the Navigation buttons to set the Time Window to be copied using the same method as described previously to input the settings (see Time Search).Use the Navigation buttons to highlight the Copy to DVD option and press ENTER to the Navigation buttons to highlight the Include Player option. Press ENTER to deselect if not required (default set to Include Player). Use the Navigation buttons to highlight the Copy button, Press ENTER and the recorded footage for the camera(s) selected during the time window set will be copied to the CD/DVD disk along with the Player software (if selected).

10 The CD/DVD will be ejected on completion. Press ENTER then Menu to : the way the files are processed, when copying to CD/DVD media, can cause the progress bar to pause at 50% for long periods. 10 Playing Recorded Images PlaybackRemember to Log in to the PLAY/PAUSE and the unit will start to playback all the recorded images. (from the the first available footage).Following selection of Time Search or Event Search, press PLAY/PAUSE and the unit will start to playback the recorded images for the period the FF and REW buttons or the Jog Wheel at any time to Fast Scan forward or backward through the recorded footage.
