1 Castrol South Africa Technical data Sheet CASTROL BIOCUT CE PLUS DESCRIPTION: Castrol Biocut CE Plus is a general-purpose bio-stable soluble cutting fluid. Being semi-synthetic with mild extreme - pressure properties. Castrol Biocut CE Plus offers long life, low maintenance and high resistance from bacterial attack and therefore can overcome the problems associated with conventional cutting fluids. APPLICATION: For general machining applications on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

2 Castrol Biocut CE Plus has proved especially suitable for machining cast iron and yellow metals. RECOMMENDED DILUTIONS: (v/v) (v/v as %) Milling,Turning & Drilling: 1:25 1:12 (4 8%) Grinding: 1:30 1:20 (3 5%) Tube forming (hot & cold rolled): 1:30 (3%) PRECAUTIONS: Store under cover away from elements such as frost.
