Responsive tenders will be evaluated on the basis of functionality (quality) and followed by price. Requirement relating to sealing, addressing, delivery, opening and adjudication of tenders are stated in the relevant sections of TENDER data. The TENDER documents will be made available during working hours from 24 january 2018 from 08:00 to 16:30 at Magalies Water, 38 Heystek Street, Rustenburg, 0300, upon receipt of proof of payment.

4 The closing date for receipt of tenders is 12h00 on 12 February 2018 . Sealed bids clearly marked with the relevant TENDER number and description must be placed in the TENDER box at Magalies Water, 38 Heystek Street, Rustenburg.
