7 Elopement Wedding Package Cameron Estate Inn Weddings 3/1/17 3 THIS FORM SHOULD BE FILLED IN PRIOR TO THE PLANNING SESSION Security Deposit /Credit Card Guarantee THIS FORM SHOULD BE FILLED IN AT CONTRACT EXECUTION BY THE FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE PARTY In lieu of a traditional security deposit by cash or check, we ask you to provide a current credit card number and sign an authorization form for any outstanding balance if a situation occurs whereby additional costs arise for wedding services, lodging, the purchase of products, or if the terms of the wedding contract are breached.

I acknowledge that this is a valid signed sales order and I waive the right to any chargeback. I agree to the terms of this agreement and this authorization will be utilized to enforce all terms and conditions of the client s separate wedding contract.

10 If a cash or check payment is not received within two week of your event, we will charge the credit card on file. Three days prior to the scheduled wedding date, Two Stewards, Inc. DBA Cameron Estate Inn & Restaurant reserves the right to place a $250 hold on the credit card. This hold will subsequently be released when all the terms of the contract have been met and final bills are paid.
