The Care Certificate Standards Self-Assessment Tool
The checklist is just a tool and is not evidence that you are competent against the Care Certificate. The decision on whether you meet the Standards for the Care Certificate will be made by your manager, employer or assessor using the self-assessment, any other appropriate evidence andin line with the guidance set out for the Care Certificate.
