5 Hope to see you and your family at this exciting event! 3 Youth & Children s Ministries We had a great year at CFUMC Preschool. On May 17, we had an end-of-the year program and the children demonstrated some of the things they learned this year. Each Pre-K student recited a favorite Bible verse for family and friends and our largest class graduated from Pre-K. I want to thank the Hospitality Committee and the CFUMC Preschool Committee for providing a lovely breakfast for parents prior to the program. Following the program, our preschoolers celebrated their achievements with ice cream sundaes and a bounce house.

6 Thank you Katie Grady for providing music class and Pat Fleming for providing story time. These two ladies have volunteered their time and talents to us for the last four years. If you, or someone you know, has a heart for preschoolers and would like to work with this ministry, please contact me. It is a blessing to see God work in the lives of these children and their families. Enrollment for the 2018/2019 school year continues for ages two and three. To register, call Susan at 706-499-1224 or Thank you for your prayers and support and we prepare for our fifth year of preschool.

7 Susan Weidner Director, CFUMCP Rooted in faith, growing in live We have some very exciting plans coming up for our Clarkesville Kids Children s Ministry! First of all is Vacation Bible School, which is right around the corner, June 11th-14th! This program is open to all children in the community so please invite friends and family! Our theme for this year is be-coming a hero for God through our actions. Each day we will learn about a specific way we can be a hero . In addition to learning about how to be a hero we will be making superhero gear and we are go-ing to have superhero's come visit us each day!

8 This is sure to be a wonderful week we do not want anyone to miss out on! We are also still looking for volunteers to help with setting up and breaking down, teaching classes, and leading groups, if you are interested in serving during VBS please contact me!
